Members of the Philippines Field work primarily among marginalized people in both urban and provincial locations. Our focus is on church planting and work that supports church planting (e.g. training local Christian workers, teaching the children of missionaries). Relying on the Holy Spirit, we use creative strategies to share the Gospel, disciple believers, and meet the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of the people we serve through holistic ministry. Our goal is to see indigenous churches, equipped to minister not only to their neighbors, but to their nation and to the world. Philippines Field ministry teams strive for a culture of mentoring and discipleship, acknowledging that we all need an outside perspective to help us grow in spiritual maturity and effectiveness.
