Kamron and his wife, Janet, joined World Team in 2012. They served in the Amazon region of Brazil from 2015–2025, reaching migrating indigenous peoples. They pioneered this World Team field by building partnerships with Brazilian missionaries and church networks. Kamron is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. His previous leadership roles in World Team-Global include the Area Leadership Teams for Europe and for the Americas, the WT Expansion Initiatives, and Facilitator in the World Team Global Training initiatives.

Kamron is from Portland, Oregon. He and Janet were married in 2003. They have three children: one son and two daughters. Kamron has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Multiculturalism and Bilingual Education from Portland State University, and he studied cross-culturally at Tec de Monterrey (Mexico). Kamron did Biblical Studies at Vanguard University and Global University and, prior to his ministry in Brazil, worked as a bilingual educator for 13 years.

Kamron is passionate that multicultural missionary teams work collaboratively to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to unreached and marginalized peoples. He seeks to build on the strong foundation of church planting teams and leadership training that has drawn and equipped younger missionaries and local partners to World Team. His passion for leadership development builds upon World Team’s organizational culture of mentoring, coaching, and discipleship.

Kamron began his role as World Team International Director on October 1, 2025.
