World Team Global is led by a carefully selected group of gifted men and women, passionate about church planting. They all recognize God’s work in their own lives and God working in events, people and situations around them. Combining biblical leadership values and challenges of time, World Team leaders are constantly seeking for personal development to be better equipped for their ministry. To ensure an optimal leadership support environment to the 300+ World Teamers, our Leaders are trained and equipped to operate at different levels of the mission. The Team Leaders, Field Directors, Area Directors and International Director are all dedicated to the mission of guiding our teams towards fulfilling God’s purpose.
